Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our offerings — which include digital products, instant-access courses, and memberships — we maintain a clear and firm refund policy.


1. Non-Refundable Products:

All purchases of the following are non-refundable:

  • Online courses and workshops

  • Memberships (monthly or annual)

  • Digital downloads (e.g., pattern designs, PDF templates, e-books)

Access is granted immediately after payment, so we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges.


2. Exceptions:

We will review refund requests only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental double purchase

  • Technical error preventing access (not user-side issues)

Each case is reviewed individually. If eligible, refunds are processed within 7 business days.


3. Memberships:

  • Monthly memberships: You may cancel your next billing cycle anytime. Past charges are non-refundable.

  • Annual memberships: All sales are final, but you may turn off auto-renewal at any time.
